FK Action Project For A Nations Argument Unit#1 "One Should Know How To Sharpen Their Bows And String Their Swords"

Hello Reader,

This is my action project for the first unit of "A Nation's Argument class", a humanities course in which we study how arguments are composed and their use throughout history, particularly in the establishment of nations. This unit's central question was "How is a country reasoned into existence?" In order to understand how an argument is constructed using premises and conclusions, we looked to the Declaration of Independence. On top of that, we discovered what deductive reasoning is and how it uses principles to support claims. We had the opportunity to speak with the principal of a Montessori school during our external research and learn more about the values that guide the teaching of children at his and other Montessori schools. For this AP I created my own declaration of independence to study physiology and why it is my right as a student do so. Enjoy!
